I just finished painting my Dark Eldar Wracks (finally), and while they were waiting to be photographed for the blog, I started working on this Librarian model. I’ve had this model sitting in my cupboard for a few years now, but now I finally get around painting it. It’s probably my most favourite Librarian model. Sure, the new plastic one is nice, but I just love the “look at my book” pose. I’m warming up to power armoured models on 32mm bases, so I put him on one.
So far I’ve painted the armour. Like on my Tigurius, I’ve chosen a slightly darker blue, to make his Librarian blue armour stand out from regular marines. The kneepad and the left shoulder guard are painted in my classic Ultramarines blue, as they will bear chapter iconography.

Can't wait to see you finish yours
Looking good! I also have this one sitting around because I like the pose. I should really get around to finishing him up. For what it's worth I think marines look so much better on 32…
