Quick break from Shadespire, I thought I’d work on a single Ultramarine for a change of pace. I usually batch paint these but I fancied just painting a single model. I’m not sure if it’s the paint handle (currently in stock) or if it is because I’m concentrating on a single model but I really feel like this is coming out super neat. Nice subtle gradients and pin sharp highlights. Looking forward to working forward to working on this model a bit more.

Thank you for the reference, I'll keep it in mind of the day I decide to buy one 🙂
Just another question popped in my mind: do you plan to make some orange "blockers" for square bases? I use the cork for the moment, but I have the majority of my models that uses square bases, 20 or 25 mm.
As always, your work is neat and inspiring !
I really have to come back to my old school Ultras …
I bought your handle 2 weeks ago and I'm really glad I did. This is a fantastic tool. Just one question came into my mind: What printer dis you used, as this is nicely printed. I'm impressed by the final quality
Cheers
Hey Benjamin, I'm really happy you like the handle. Thank you for letting me know. I own an Original Prusa MK2s. I sliced the printing Slic3r and used variable layer height. If you bought it two weeks ago I think you'll haven of the ABS printed ones. I'm now printing them in PLA. No real difference in quality but so much easier to remove supports and remove from the bed.
