And now for something completely else! I needed a break from painting terrain, so I picked up Zarbag’s Gitz for a little painting challenge. I haven’t painted Greenskins before, so this should be fun. I love painting Warhammer Underworlds warbands, as they allow you to paint a bunch of characterful models without the need to commit to a whole army. My rendition will probably be pretty close to the ‘Eavy Metal version, so black robes and light green skin, but with a few personal touches here and there. For example, my Squigs will be a deeper crimson red, and I’ll try to incorporate a few more yellow spots. Let’s see how this turns out.
Did you paint Zarbag’s Gitz, too, or have you seen a cool alternate paint scheme? Drop a link in the comments below, I’m open for inspiration!

I like the tones on your Squigs! I haven't painted the Gitz yet, and most likely won't for a while, but I've planned on doing something like on
this wonderful piece of art. Black for the lower robes, but a couple of different colors for the hoods. Checkers, dags and flames to add interest.
Seconded! Love that artwork since "Ravening Hordes!"
