For a change of pace from all the terrain, I started painting these Thorns of the Briar Queen that have just been featured in Mortal Realms, kindly provided by Hachette UK. Originally I planned to combine these with my Myrmourn Banshees to play Warcry with Garfy and SpaceShrimp at Warhammerfest, but it wasn’t meant to be. Yet, I’m going to paint these anyway, let’s see when I can put them on the table.
Like with my Banshees, I’m using a zenithal highlighting approach, starting with purple, then spraying on Corax White. So far, I basecoated all the models and finished painting the bases. Let’s see when I can finish them.
