As promised on Tuesday, I took a picture of my Ultramarines as well. Unfortunately there are a lot of shadows, but it is a bit sharper than the last army shot I took and you can see recent additions like the Shotgun Scouts or the Venerable Dreadnought as well.
Even with all the fuzz about Skaven and Eldar I’m going to further expand my trusty Marines. I’ve already got a box of CC Terminators and some more characters, eventually I’m going to add a bike squad and a Land Raider Redeemer, too (but this will probably take a year or two with all my other hobby projects going on).

Stahly lives in Craftworld Hamburg, located in the north of Germany. He has been involved with Warhammer since childhood and has painted several armies and countless warbands and kill teams over the decades. When he's not painting miniatures incredibly slowly, he's writing tutorials and testing the latest miniature paints, hobby tools and kits. He founded Tale of Painters to pass on his knowledge and bring inspiration to your hobby.
Awesome sight! I'm really impressed about how you pushed this great paintjob through your whole army. That really deserves my respect as it's quite uncommon to see a painted army and much more unlikely with so much devotion.
It's definitely time for a new army shot of my Defenders of Vraks… ^^
I'd be pleased about you dropping in on my blog.
Hallo Anonymous,
Nice work Stahly. Just saw these guys on the Australian GW site.

That is an absolutely beautiful army.
I just recently started following your blog. I'm fascinated by your painting style. It's perfection, super clean, but so expressive. I would love to have an army painted to that standard. Keep up the great updates and pictures! Check out my blog if you like, though the quality of painting is nothing like this. I hope I can learn a bit from watching your blog. Cheers!
Fantastic work!
