So I completed the paintjobs of my latest two Escher gangers. Along with them is an old familiar – the ganger on the right was my test model. I did some small touch ups on her and repainted the leather to match the colours I used on the rest of my gang. This means twelve models out of twenty done – when I look in my display cabinet, the gang is really shaping up. By the way, what do you think of the little source lightning glow effect on the plasma pistol? I’m no master of this technique yet so I’m always not sure whether I pulled it off right. Are there any source lightning experts who can give me some tips for improvement or is it alright as it is? Write me in the comments, thank you very much!

The gang's really coming together! The only thing I would say on the OSL is maybe make the very center of the power core a bit brighter. I know the idea is that whole thing would give off the same amount of energy and therefore glow, but I think a brighter center would better convey the idea of it glowing.
That OSL is really nice. Great fade from dark to light and good saturation as you get closer to the source. I like that flock on the bases, Haven't seen that colour much – where'd you get that?
