Another update on my human team for Blitz Bowl, the Nordland Navalists. Or Nordland Seagulls? Can’t decide on the name… Anyways, two more models to complete the Blitz Bowl box!
When painting these models I learnt a lot about painting over white primer. With every new project, I try to learn something new – focussing on a certain painting technique or use colours I haven’t used before. It’s a great way to pick up new skills and keep painting fresh. How about you? Do you like experimenting or do you stick to your established techniques?

Stahly
Stahly lives in Craftworld Hamburg, located in the north of Germany. He has been involved with Warhammer since childhood and has painted several armies and countless warbands and kill teams over the decades. When he's not painting miniatures incredibly slowly, he's writing tutorials and testing the latest miniature paints, hobby tools and kits. He founded Tale of Painters to pass on his knowledge and bring inspiration to your hobby.
You'll have to post up the recipes for these eventually. The colors are great!
Alright, I put them in the showcase post!
